Ground Floor Modules

Ground Floor Modules
  1. Q235B hot-dip galvanised steel square tube structure
  2. Installation of CLT panels with breathable membrane
  3. Installation of steel structure, CLT panels, and insulation boards
  4. Installation of aluminium composite panels, ground floor module completed

Floor Slab / Floor Deck Modules

Floor Slab / Floor Deck Modules
  1. Installation of MGP10 timber framing and OSB panels
  2. Installation of breathable membrane and thermally broken aluminium window frames
  3. Installation of insulation batts and electrical wiring within the wall module
  4. Installation of internal plasterboard with one primer coat and one finish coat of paint; external FC cladding boards, glazing, and window trims installed
  5. Installation of power outlets and electrical fixtures within the wall module

Wall Modules

Wall Modules
  1. Installation of floor trusses and MGP10 timber framing
  2. Installation of electrical conduits, downlights, and power outlets
  3. Installation of insulation batts within the floor system
  4. Installation of plasterboard ceiling and downlights, finished with one primer coat and one topcoat of paint

Roof Modules

Roof Modules
  1. Installation of roof trusses and MGP10 timber framing
  2. Installation of breathable membrane and colour steel roofing sheets
  3. Installation of electrical conduits, downlights, power outlets, and insulation batts
  4. Installation of plasterboard ceiling, joint treatment, and downlight cut-outs
  5. Application of one primer coat and one finish coat of paint, followed by downlight installation

Bathroom Modules

Bathroom Modules
  1. Installation of Q235B hot-dip galvanised steel frame and FC boards
  2. Joint treatment with wall bonding agent and waterproof coating; installation of 118 electrical back boxes
  3. Concrete floor screeding to create drainage slope; installation of floor waste flange and drainage pipes; application of waterproof coating followed by a 48-hour water retention test
  4. Installation of floor tiles with grout finishing; installation of water supply pipes and wall decorative panels
  5. Installation of sanitary fixtures including bathtub, toilet, shower, vanity basin, and bathroom cabinet

Kitchen Modules

Kitchen Modules
  1. Installation of FC boards, CLT panels, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, and electrical wiring
  2. Application of wall bonding agent; installation of power outlets and modular kitchen cabinetry
  3. Installation of sintered stone benchtop, tapware, sink, and related kitchen fixtures
